This alarm indicates that the temperature within the array are above normal, Please check your system area for any blockage to air flow, as well as whether the air conditioning of the room is keeping the temperature at nominal ambient levels. Ensure that the heated exhaust from another equipment rack is not directing this heated air into the array. A fan failure has not been logged on the unit, so no part replacement is required immediately. The normal operating range is found in the Array Site Preparation Guide for your array. You can also confirm this fault by using Common Array Manager and check Alarms.

Purpose

Allow Customers the ability to quickly verify array environment once an ASR is generated for Over Temp conditions. At this time no further actions are required.
