Troubleshooting DetailsPROBLEM OVERVIEW:Op Panel not operational. Not able to access information from Op Panel. Library and drives must be offline to the application and OS. WHAT ACTION DOES THE ENGINEER NEED TO TAKE: Verify status of Op Panel. Check status of library via the CLI port. Pulled library Dump Log information via the CLI port. Check for loose or damaged cabling between Op Panel and the RLM card. If problem is still occurring, replace the Op Panel Module.
