Goal

Customer wants to know whether LTO-4,SL24 comply with EIA standard. Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA) Standards.

I checked the datasheet, but didn't get any EIA words.

One example is:Sun RACK II http://www.oracle.com/us/products/servers-storage/035937.pdf the standard is:EIA 310-D

Fix

 HP confirmed their compliance for these products with the EIA standard.
