Goal

How can I find out the current hardware firmware for tape library and tape drive?

What is the code version of the firmware installed in my tape library and tape drive?

What microcode level is my tape library on?

What microcode level is my tape drive on?
 

Fix

Information pertaining to SL-series tape library hardware firmware  or microcode levels can be found in the SLConsole.

Login to the SLConsole and click on these tabs:
System Detail -> Library -> Properties tab -> Library Controller tab
System Detail -> Drive Folder 1,0,0,0,0 (A list of drives should be displayed with the "Code ver" entries for each drive.)
