The usage in the GUI does not match the actual size of the luns.
Fix
LUN09_Prod_Svrs_OS: Medium 5 1537 Brick001
LUN10_File_Svcs: Medium 5 1950 Brick001
LUN02: Low 5 402 Brick001
These total 3889GB, they are at standard redundancy or raid 5 SATA, so the space used is 1.2 times the lun size.
3889 * 1.2 = 4667 which is what the GUI shows.
On a raid 5 FC, the multiplier would be 1.1.
