Goal

Discuss the process to be used whan a drive is replaced and the IP address at the drive will be re-used. This would affect swapping out one drive model for another as well. (E.G. T10000A replaced with a T10000C)

Fix

In order to replace one drive for another and reuse the same IP adress in the drive the customer must also change/reset the passphrase for the agent in the KM. This passphrase will be used to enroll the replacement drive.

The customer can use same old passphrase. They only need to reset the agent passphrase and use the same old passphrase as before.
