Created from <SR 3-5566335221> Applies to:Exadata Database Machine X2-2 Full Rack - Version Not Applicable and laterExadata Database Machine X2-8 - Version Not Applicable and later Exadata Database Machine V2 - Version Not Applicable and later Oracle Exadata Hardware - Version 11.2.0.1 and later Information in this document applies to any platform. GoalExachk version 2.1.4 returns the following error on Exadata database nodes: MaxStartups parameter in /etc/ssh/sshd_config should set to recommended value. FixThis newly added check is only meant for systems with more than 10 database nodes in the cluster. The default value of 10 (that may be commented out) is usually fine for smaller systems. For systems greater than 10 nodes, we recommend increasing the value to 100.
