WHAT STATE SHOULD THE SYSTEM BE IN TO BE READY TO PERFORM THE
RESOLUTION ACTIVITY?

Power off the server and remove the top cover.
Lay out the replacement cable kit next to the installed cable kit to ensure the routing of the new cable kit matches that of the old cable kit.
Ensure that all connectors on the new kit match the connector name and location of the old cable kit.
Remove the old cable kit.
Install the new cable kit.
Replace the top cover.

TO AN OPERATIONAL STATE?
Power on the system
