Goal

Troubleshooting Power FSC79F0 or FSC79F1 followed later by FSC7A00 or FSC7A01

Solution

FSC79F0 and FSC79F1 indicate a loss of AC power to region 0 and region 1 respectively
FSC7A00 and FSC7A01 indicate a return of AC power to region 0 and region 1 respectively

This combination of FSC codes often occurs when the customer has had a site power outage and recovered, or is working on their site power/UPS.

1. Connect to the box and verify there are no fenced power supplies

2. If there is one or more fenced power supplies, send an FSE on site to either GFR/no replace the power supply, or GFR/replace the power supply.
