Goal

Steps needed to be performed by the customer to request local support check the VTSS subsystem for any problems/issues.

Solution

1. Open a service ticket in MOS.
2. Problem statement should be "Requesting Local Support come on site and check the VTSS subsystem for any issues/concerns".
3. Set the severity to 3.
4. Indicate the name of the field engineer if known.
5. Specify the date and time if scheduled.
6. Submit Service Request.
7. Local Support will go on site and inspect the VTSS for any issues/problems.
