Minimal field experience customer replaceable component

TIME ESTIMATE: 30 minutes

NOTE: Never replace a 2nd Edition PSU with a 1st Edition PSU. For more information, please refer to the appropriate product in the Sun System Handbook here: https://support.us.oracle.com/handbook_internal/index.html 2nd Edition PSUs will include "2nd Edition" in the part description, "1st Edition" will not.

FIELD ENGINEER INSTRUCTIONS

WHAT STATE SHOULD THE SYSTEM BE IN TO BE READY TO PERFORM THE RESOLUTION ACTIVITY? :
Hot swappable component normal system recovery protection recommended.

WHAT ACTION DOES THE ENGINEER NEED TO TAKE:
Follow standard ESD precautions
Replace failed power supply.
Power supply zero is lower slot.
Power supply one is in the upper slot.
