GoalSolutionPROBLEM OVERVIEW:Power cord failed TIME ESTIMATE: 30 minutes WHAT STATE SHOULD THE SYSTEM BE IN TO BE READY TO PERFORM THE RESOLUTION ACTIVITY?: The E2900 has redundant power feeds, therefore, no shutdown is required for a single power cord failure. WHAT ACTION DOES THE CUSTOMER NEED TO TAKE: Replace the bad power cord. WHAT ACTION DOES THE CUSTOMER NEED TO TAKE TO RETURN THE SYSTEM TO AN OPERATIONAL STATE: If the replacement was a hot swap on a redundant configuration, the system should be operational and need no further work.
