Goal

What HSC maintenance is required for supporting the SL3000 library?
What LibraryStation maintenance is required for supporting the SL3000 library?
What PTFs are required for the NCS products to use the SL3000?

Fix

To support the SL3000 library, the following PTFs are required:

HSC/MVS

6.1 - L1H149V, L1H1456
6.2 - L1H149X, L1H146Y

HSC/VM

6.1 - L1H149U, L1H1455
6.2 - L1H149W, L1H146X

LibraryStation

6.1 - L1S1072
6.2 - L1S1076

Please note that while LibraryStation is supported on the SL3000, the LibraryStation software does not support Near Continuous Operation (NCO). Therefore, when NCO is started the LibraryStation software must not be active. If LibraryStation is running during NCO, results will be unpredictable.

When installing the SL3000 support PTFs, please make certain to also install all current maintenance as there is newer maintenance to correct subsequent issues.
