Goal

How to adjust time by hours rather than minutes in KMS.

Solution

Steps to Follow
How to adjust time by hours rather than minutes, and also add NTP server.
The local time of the KMA can be adjusted within the KMS Manager GUI, SystemManagement, System time.
The time however can only be adjusted 5 minutes + or - each day.
If they need to adjust by many hours, then a reset to factory defaults will need to be done, and a quickstart run to set time to be correct.
Also if an NTP server needs to be added it must be within 5 minutes of local time, or it will not allow you to add an NTP server.  Again a reset to factory defaults and quickstart must be done to adjust the time.

Note:
A backup should be made with the KMS GUI Manager before resetting andrunning the quickstart, then restored.
See the KMS Administration Guide Manual for details on how to perform a reset, quickstart and backup.   The manual can be found at: http://suntape.central/kms_main.shtml
