Goal

Sun StorageTek[TM] T10k cleaning tape affects HSC.

Solution

Steps to Follow
Original T10K cleaning label was "CLNTxx CT". Due to the issues with HSC, Engineering changed the Eight Character label specification to indicate that the T10K cleaning label would be "CLNxxx CT". This change was done after some of the CLNTxx CT labels had been acquired, so there are some floating around. EDP/Colorflex has part number 1700-CNT1 for ordering the correct version of the label.

Correct Label Spec 3098934_H (note 8.c and note 8.d for T10K cleaning labels). HSC fix made in January which would have changed what EDP/Colorflex printed, and what was sent out on any orders after January. Labels supplied to Bayer in Europe on recent order were incorrect.
A sheet of 20 Cleaning labels is part number 419844201. The labels will be "CLN980 CT" to "CLN999 CT". This sheet was created for the Service Organization.
