Sun Blade 6000/6048 Modular System Troubleshooting

To obtain blade serial number issue the show /SYS command from the SP CLI:

Properties:
   type = Host System
   chassis_part_number = XXX-XXXX-XX
   chassis_serial_number = 0000000-0000000000
   product_name = SUN BLADE X6220 SERVER MODULE
   product_part_number = 371-1592-11
    product_serial_number = 0111APO-0727BZ02AA   <----------- Here it is
   product_version = (none)
   product_manufacturer = SUN MICROSYSTEMS
   fru_name = ASSY, BD, GEMINI,X6220
   fru_manufacturer = SUN MICROSYSTEMS
   fru_part_number = 501-7324-06
   fru_serial_number = 1005LCB-0725ZG01JE
   prepare_to_remove_status = Ready
   prepare_to_remove_action = (none)
   return_to_service_action = (none)
   power_state = Off

The only blade that is excluded from the above is the T6300 blade which contains an ALOM instead of ILOM SP.
With the T6300 blade you must get the serial number from the insertion handle EZ label.
