- This patch is not cumulative. If you have an OAK 2.1 ODA system, you must first run the "update -patch 2.2.0.0.0 --infra" command, complete the deployment with 2.2.0.0.0 EndUserBundle (GI/RDBMS clone), and then apply OAK patch 2.3.0.0.0 on top of that.
