The service required LED on the chassis will be illuminated.

The chassis may be powered down.

Suggested Action for System Administrator

The administrator should review the ILOM event log for additional information pertaining to this diagnosis.

Message ID: SPX86-8000-1D indicates that the ILOM fault manager has received
an error report indicating a device located in the chassis that supports the blade server
module has failed.

The chassis-wide service required LED on the blade server will be illuminated.
Service Processor (ILOM) will display the status of the chassis-wide LED indicator as:  /SYS/SERVICE = On

This problem is either due to the service processor on the chassis (CMM), service processor on the Blade server, or a Network Expansion Module (NEM)
