Description

The system has diagnosed a problem in one or more PCI buses.

Automated Response

This fault requires user and/or service interaction and currently does not have an automated response agent.

Impact

Possible loss of devices that may be attached to the system via this bus and/or system downtime.

Suggested Action for System Administrator

Use fmdump -v -u to identify the suspected faulty device.

Schedule a repair procedure to replace the device.

 

Details

The Message ID:  PCI-8000-1Q indicates a problem with a PCI bus which requires service. Use the fmdump -v -u EVENT_IDcommand to determine the faulty components as shown in the example below.
