Description
Beginning with Oracle Key Manager 2.4, the Auto Service Request (ASR) feature was introduced. This alert is to inform customer sites that Oracle Key Manager 2.4 and higher running KMA's on the X2100 M2 and X2200 M2 platforms are not qualified for ASR phone home capabilities.
Occurrence
This alert is only applicable to OKM 2.4 or higher on an X2100 M2 or X2200 M2 KMA.
Symptoms
ASR phone home telemetry data will not be sent/received.
Workaround
If running OKM 2.4 or higher on an X2100/X2200 KMA, the recommendation is not to enable the ASR phone home feature on the KMA.

At this time there are no further plans to qualify the X2100 M2 and X2200 M2 servers for ASR functionality.
