Impact Using Common Array Manager (CAM) 6.6.0.11 to create a new initiator via the Browser User Interface (BUI) or Command Line Interface (CLI) may result in the incorrect Host Type being used. Upgrading to CAM 6.6.0.11 may cause existing Host Types to be improperly displayed. As a result, certain host configurations may see behavioral problems with redundant fail-over, SCSI reservations and many other platform specific behaviors required for the array when the Host Type is set properly. 2. 3. Symptoms If the described issue occurs, volume fail-over may not work properly, and the Host Type may be improperly displayed in the CAM BUI or CLI. 4. Workaround There is no workaround for this issue. Please see the Resolution section below. 5.
