CauseThere is a microcode fault in D02.14 and H02.14 levels of microcode that can result in this problem. SolutionTurn off ETTFB (Early Time To First Byte) until the VSM (VTSS) is running on D02.15 or H02.15 code. Release of these code levels is currently scheduled for the end of October, 2012.
