Symptoms

When running the command showgwports in one of the NM2-GW switches, resulting following error:

 

[root@elorl01gw01-adm ~]#  showgwports

Changes

 The issue was faced on InfiniBand Gateway Switch (NM2-GW), firmware version 2.0.4-1

Cause

This is a known issue and resolved through the Sun CR 7167619
 

Solution

The fix went into the version 2.1.2. Till the fix is available, a feasible solution is to restart the switch in question.
