Open 0012 2012-09-10T15:16:52.665 9127 ROBOT_TRACK_RANGE_ERROR Robot Check for unseated tape. Inspect/replace robot
Closed 0011 2012-09-10T15:15:59.479 9127 ROBOT_TRACK_RANGE_ERROR   Resolved

No unseated carts found to prevent the robotic path.

Cause

Fault Code 9127 is explained as " the robot has encountered an error while attempting to find the horizontal track end points."

Solution

Watch how the robot initializes.

This is how it should initialize:
The Robot initialization starts with its hand fully retracted.  The ‘Z’ platform is then moved to the top home position. It then moves to the bottom, interrupting the Module Locate Sensor in each expansion module as it moves down. This signal is sent back to the KLC via USB from the KLE, so by the time the Robot locates the floor of the library the order of each Expansion Modules, has been determined. At the floor of the library the hand is fully checked
After a successful initialization, the library’s contents are audited.

The FE/Customer can check for an obstruction that the robot/hand could be catching on when it is doing its tray sweep.

The best way to do this is to take the magazines out and see if there is anything that is noticeable that is hanging down that the bot/hand could be catching on.

Note: The robot may need to be allowed to drop down a little so that you can see around in the top of the base module of the SL150 library.
