Symptoms

The Safety Doors need a little help by hand to arrive at full stroke.
There are not any obstructions. Inthe  event log of one of the SL8500:

Cause

Service Safety Door is binding in library

Solution

Two issues usually contribute to this issue.

- The floor track may not be seated or install correctly thereby causing an obstruction.
- The flange on the bottom of the SSD maybe adjusted to low causing an obstruction.
