Symptoms

Service LED ON and 'no evidence' of hardware problem

Cause

  • Collect diagnostics file

cat diag.txt file and check for voltage

~ Voltage levels

 Battery 3V     : 0.60 V <<<
 Stndby 3.3V    : 3.26 V
 Main 3.3V      : 3.30 V
 Main 5V        : 4.99 V
 Main 12V       : 12.15 V
 Main -12V      : -12.27 V
 Main 2.5V      : 2.54 V
 Main 1.8V      : 1.82 V
 Main 1.2V      : 1.21 V
  • Collect events logs from the ILOM

-> show /SP/logs/event/list/
