SymptomsHard Disk goes into offline status for few minutes comes back to online state. Upon reboot, one of the nodes of the ODA could not start, while the second node starts and contineous to work. Further, the disk status is displayed as both ok and failure in the system. CauseMessages file shows

 oakcli lsscsi shows [6:0:1:0]    disk    SEAGATE  ST360057SSUN600G 0A25  /dev/sdd [7:0:14:0]   disk    SEAGATE  ST360057SSUN600G 0A25  /dev/sdan

 Solution
 This is caused due to Bug 14049272: LNX64-112-CMT: MASSIVE MULTIPATH FAILURE ON ODA This BUG has been fixed in ODA 2.3.0.0.0. Upgrade to ODA 2.3.0.0.0.
