SymptomsUsers may report that the display of new Sun Ray 3 Clients appear to flicker or flash while scrolling pages in a browser after setting higher resolutions, such as 1920x1200 or 1920x1080. Note: This problem may still be seen with the latest presently available firmware, version 11.0_49_2012.03.27.10.35 installed.
CauseThis problem is caused due to the underruns in the LCD controller of Sun Ray 3 Client when the display resolution is set to a higher level.
