The same errors above are reported when executing commands below :-

CellCLI> ALTER CELL VALIDATE CONFIGURATION

#/opt/oracle.SupportTools/CheckHWnFWProfile -d

#/opt/oracle.SupportTools/CheckHWnFWProfile

#/opt/oracle.SupportTools/CheckHWnFWProfile -c strict

Cause

The ILOM service processor (SP) may be suffering from exhausted memory which is a contributer to the error above.

Solution

1. Connect to ILOM of the CELL showing errors as root

2. Issue command :-

-> reset /SP
Are you sure you want to reset /SP (y/n)?

OR second option

Connect  to  CELL showing errors as root & give the command below :-

# ipmitool mc reset cold

Once complete, please re-run  the following commands :-

CellCLI> ALTER CELL VALIDATE CONFIGURATION

#/opt/oracle.SupportTools/CheckHWnFWProfile -d

#/opt/oracle.SupportTools/CheckHWnFWProfile

#/opt/oracle.SupportTools/CheckHWnFWProfile -c strict

If the errors still show up, then please shutdown the appropriate CELL & re-start again. Please use the NOTE below for shutdown & re-start of CELL :-
