When the Close CAP button is pressed that allows the CAP to lock and unlock, only hear one click at the top of the CAP. 2012-02-16T12:27:23.633, 1.2.39.2.0, root, default, internal, 0, error, 3955, "Error from device Code: 702 - Device move failed - OK to try again" Data=<response sequence="1318934" final="true"><command>moveToPosition</command><result identifier="1"><resultStatus><resultSeverity>error</resultSeverity><resultCode>7004</resultCode><resultText><!|CDATA|checkForIsrFailure saw status=1, error=7004, mech=capa; Move failed, excessive current required||></resultText><operationalState>702</operationalState></resultStatus></result></response>, HBC, Result code 7004 RC7004 CauseThe EMI shielding around the CAP door has slipped out of position preventing the CAP door from closing.SolutionSteps taken to determine cause and solution:1. Remove all tapes from CAP to ensure that misaligned tape is not the problem 2. Ensure CAP magazines are seated correctly 3. If the above 2 steps do not allow the CAP door to close and open smoothly, then most likely the EMI shielding around the CAP door has slipped out of position. 4. FSE needs to go on site and re-position the EMI shielding so it does NOT obstruct the movement of the CAP door. Attachments This solution has no attachment |
