Cause

The EMI shielding around the CAP door has slipped out of position preventing the CAP door from closing.

Solution

Steps taken to determine cause and solution:
1. Remove all tapes from CAP to ensure that misaligned tape is not the problem
2. Ensure CAP magazines are seated correctly
3. If the above 2 steps do not allow the CAP door to close and open smoothly, then most likely the EMI
shielding around the CAP door has slipped out of position.
4. FSE needs to go on site and re-position the EMI shielding so it does NOT obstruct the movement of the
    CAP door.
