Changes

No known change

Cause

The AEM Drive Motor Assembly on Safety Door  (candy cane motor)  has gone bad.

Solution

Do not try to reboot the library to recover the service door state. A reboot of the library does not fix the problem and will only cause the library to go offline, impacting on-going backup operations.
