SymptomsUsers report that the Sun Ray utsetting utility throws an "Unrecognized timing index (33) ignored" error message when high resolutions (i.e. 2560x1600) are selected on Sun Ray 3+ clients.This error message may look like this:
Cause<Bug:12283331>While the Sun Ray firmware supports 2560x1600 on Sun Ray 3 Clients, the Sun Ray Server may not have the correct mappings for it. This behavior (and several related) has been resolved with the 5.2.3 release of Sun Ray Software.
