RC1321
Error 1321
The library event log is reporting problems with 3 power supply components:
1. Power_Supply_Rail_AC2N+1(1.0.0.1.17)
2. Power_Supply_HBZ_26(1.0.0.1.26)
3. Power_Supply_ECM_PS2_AC2(1.0.0.1.28)

Changes

No known changes

Cause

Power supply 1.0.0.1.17, 1.0.0.1.26, and 1.0.0.1.28 draw power from AC 2 PDU.

DC power supply 1.0.0.1.17 supplies power to some tape drives.  If not enough power is going to the drives,
the drives may go offline.

Solution

1. Ask the customer to check the outside AC power source. See if there is a problem.

2. If there is no problem with the data-center's power source, check the AC 2 PDU. It may have tripped.
Replace the AC2 PDU if there is a problem.

3. If there is no problem with the AC 2 PDU, check if there are problems with:
    Power_Supply_Rail_AC2N+1(1.0.0.1.17)
    Power_Supply_HBZ_26(1.0.0.1.26)
    Power_Supply_ECM_PS2_AC2(1.0.0.1.28)
    Replace as needed.
