Symptoms

KMA fails after a new disk drive is install.  It will fail to boot up fully and Console display will report the following error:
Console login services cannot run
requesting System Maintenance Mode

Changes

Manufacturing change.

Cause

Drive manufactured with wrong build for x2100 SSP being done on disks.

Solution

A collaboration SR needs to be created with details of the problem and reference made to this knowledge document.
Need to request disk be built by engineering. Contact "KIM,RICHARD" <[email protected]> for a replacement disk.

Note:
X2200 and x4170 disk does not have an issue order those via normal process.

Manufacturing is in the process of doing a purge of the defective disk drives.
