Alarm ID : alarm4 CauseThis alarm means that the drive has a firmware (FW) which is at a different level than the one bundled with the CAM baseline. Note: Drive FW cannot be downgraded.
SolutionAs from CAM 6.6 and higher, CAM no longer reports this alarm if a drive has a higher FW than the one bundled with the baseline. Upgrade to the latest release of CAM, refer to <Document 1296274.1> How to Download Common Array Manager (CAM) Software and Patches. Solution 2: Ignore this alarm.
