Cause

The E3500 Fan tray that sits below the Disk Drive assembly has failed or is failing.
These Fans provide cooling to the FCAL disks, therefore, the error messages indicate Disk Drive Fan Failure. The Fan Tray is a complete FRU with 3-Fan Assembly.

FE on-site must replace the 3-Fan Tray Assembly with part number 540-3566 [F]
