Symptoms

We just noticed we are missing the gear that goes in to the service safety door bracket where the motor couples to.  We are not missing the yellow coupler that comes in the motor but the gear that comes inside the actual bracket.  I have no idea how to get a replacement.

Cause

Missing part in motor assembly.

Solution

Order a SSD Drive Motor and take the gear off the motor item 5 and put it on the SSD door mechanism.
Refer to the attached pictured.

The gear is not a FRU and will take 2+ weeks to get it with a NOPRT from manufacturing.

The part number of the motor assembly is 419806402 MOTOR/GEARBOX ASSY,SAFETY DOOR.
