SymptomsRepeating H-Bot failures on the same rail. CausePossible rail communication problem. SolutionStats Network Command Useful - Do not overlook rail communication problems any time multiple bot failures occur on any rail. The easiest way to display the communication statistics is to issue the "stats network" command at the CLI. Look for errors, frames and drops. Normally these number should be in the 1 to 4 digit range depending on when the library was last booted. Any of these numbers in the 5+ digit range are cause for concern. At no time should the errors be more than 5% of the received packets. Typical numbers are below 1%. Contact Tape Hardware Support for additional help as needed.
