SymptomsIf your hardware includes SCSI tape connected to the Sun 7000 unified storage and if you are running the software version 2010.Q1.0.*, you will experience a slow tape read or write performance, and thus the backup and restore may be slower as well. CauseThis is due to a software bug. SolutionThe above bug has been fixed in 2010.Q1.1.0 software release, a software upgrade to the latest released is required to resolve this issue.
