Symptoms

HP LTO drives do not display "busy" on the Library Op Panel when reading or writing to the drive.

Changes

Firmware updated.

Cause

This bug was reported to have been fixed in 3.18.02 library code but due to a compiler malfunction, the SCN was not merged into the code.

Solution

L700 SPS code 3.18.31 has been created with the actual fix.   This fix will be integrated into the next level code release.

Contact Tape Hardware Support should you need the SPS code.  This is done by opening a ticket via MOS.
