Solution

Resolution
Try to power cycle the affected robot, wait for robot initialization, then run diagnostic routine.

If tests are successful, return robot to customer.

If failure occurs, perform visual inspection on lower rail looking for abnormal protrusions.

Reinitialize robot and rerun tests.

If tests are successful, return robot to customer.

If tests report errors, replace the Handbot. For replacement procedure, see Replaceable Part CatalogPN96139.
