Cannot Put the cartridge, the hand is empty.

Solution

Resolution
Take the following steps to resolve problem:

1. Check for possible stuck tape in drive or cell array.
2. Clean fingers.
3. Run Get/Put Diagnostics on library in attempt to duplicate problem.
4. If problem continues, replace the hand assembly.
