Changes

A STOP-A / BREAK or halt command has been executed prior to the probe-scsi-all command.

Cause

The OBP memory structures need to be in a defined state.

Solution

Run 'reset-all' prior to run 'probe-scsi-all':

ok reset-all
ok probe-scsi-all

Important Notes: If performing this recommendation when troubleshooting a problem at OBP, verify the auto-boot? parameter is set to false.
If set to true it is possible that the procedure could result in a reboot loop condition that further complicates troubleshooting. Make sure and reset this variable after troubleshooting has completed.
