PreviouslyPublishedAs 200220 Product Sun StorageTek 9990 System Sun StorageTek 9985 System Impact When one side of cache is blocked due to a cache failure, ECC/LRC PIN data can occur. In the cache duplication process at the time of writing data to parity groups, a cache failure can occur, and an improperly duplicated extent will be specified due to a micro-program failure. Contributing Factors This issue can occur when both following conditions are met:
Microcode version equal to or greater than 50-04-48-00/00 can be affected by this issue. Resolution New release of microcode will provide a countermeasure to prevent the issue. The resolution for this issue is to install:
