Issue Description:

To date, there have been several reported cases in reference to which
patches to install on an Enterprise 10000 Server in relation to it's
System Board type, CPU Module speed and the SSP version.

This FIN is provided in an attempt to reduce confusion in the field by
providing a mandatory patch matrix for the Enterprise 10000 Server
based upon the system's System Board type, CPU Module speed, and the 
SSP version.

Corrective Action:

The installation of the following patches are now MANDATORY for SSP 
version 3.0 and SSP version 3.1.

To install the correct patches based on the SSP version, System Board,  
and Processor Speed, use the Mandatory Patch Matrix provided below:

     support teams will recommend implementation of the FIN  (to their  
     respective accounts), at the convenience of the customer. 


iii) For REACTIVE FINs, Enterprise Services will implement the FIN as   
     the need arises.
