Issue Description: 
Product Manuals for the X-Option, X6600A , which is an X-Option for the
Enterprise 450 systems that provides internal storage expansion against
PCI slots, were not included in some shipments of the X-Option from Sun
Manufacturing.  Shipments having a 'date of manufacture' prior to
October 29, 1997 are expected to be missing the manual,  P/N
805-1271-10, titled "PCI UltraSCSI Host Adapter Installation Guide".

The Supplier has corrected the problem for future shipments and has
included the manual, P/N 805-1271-10, with the X-Option, X6600A.
Corrective Action: 
For those customers missing a manual, please provide them an electronic
soft copy of the manual, which is a postscript file located on the
Edist website.  If a customer requests a hard copy of the manual, direct
them to the Sun Customer Quality Group, [email protected], to
obtain a hard copy.
Comments: 
An electronic soft copy of the manual is located on the Edist website
under the FIN directory structure (see below to gain access to the
Edist website).
