Issue Description:
A total of 8 centerplanes in Sun Fire 4800s that shipped in October of 2003,
to 6 customers, could experience a thermal event. Only 4 US customers and 2
APac customers are affected.
All affected systems require proactive centerplane replacement. The risk of
exposure to this issue increases over time due to heat build up at the impacted
location on the centerplane.
An internal only link to the customer list identifying the affected systems can
be viewed via below URL;

Note: The Centerplane serial number may be needed in cases where a centerplane
has already been replaced due to failure, in which case there would be no need
for removal of the existing centerplane.
Root cause analysis determined that a scratch on the fab artwork (inner layer
image) caused a shorting path between 210 volts and ground.
This issue was addressed in manufacturing via WWStopShip# P001.20168.A1.
