Issue Description:
Any PCI card may not seat properly in an Enterprise 220R and Enterprise 420R
systems because the PCI bracket will stop against the the metal retaining
bracket at the lower portion of the the Rear Panel, and the screw at the top
of the bracket will not go all the way down. This will cause the PCI card
not to be recognized by the system and will therefore render that PCI card
inoperable.

Root cause determined that the lower PCI retaining bracket on the Rear Panel
Assembly was causing an obstruction and had to be relocated. All Enterprise
420R and 220R systems shipped between November 2, 1999 and February 9, 2000
are affected. Affected systems will have serial numbers of 9xxxxxxx through
007xxxxx.

Examples of System Serial Number;

   949H2619   Affected System

   008H361A   Unaffected System

The system serial number contains a total of eight (8) alphanumeric characters
and are formatted as follows. First digit is the last digit of the build year.
Second and third digits are the build week. Fourth through eighth digits are
the system's unique hexadecimal serial number for that particular year/week
build.
