Issue Description:
Ultra 10 and Ultra 60 with FFB2+ installed may experience right shift of
horizontal lines that contain the cursor and/or border line curves toward
the mouse pointer when the mouse pointer is placed close to the left border
of a cmdtool window. This can be easily seen when you set the FFB resolution
to 960x680x112s with cmdtool's foreground color set to black and background
to white. The same problem can be seen in other resolutions but not as
apparent. The wavy condition is worse in FFB2+ -04 as compared to -03.
Root cause determined to be FFB2+ PROM compatibility issue with PC monitors.
This PROM (525-1746-04) was replaced by PROM (525-1746-06) via ECO# WO_14089
on December 7th, 1998. This ECO dash rolled the FFB2+ boards from 05 to 06
and implemented the corrective action in manufacturing.
Enterprise Services implemented this corrective via LEAP# 1007 on January 12,
1999.
