Issue Description:
Ultra 10 will hang running SunVTS with one of the above listed AFB or FFB2
video xoptions installed. System may also hang while there are certain
activities, such as audio, occurring on the E-bus. This failure mode has
only been noted under SunVTS. If the offending graphics card is removed
SunVTS will not cause the system to hang when rerun.
Root cause has been isolated and the corrective action is to remove pin 27
from MC12430 (U0501) of the modules. This corrective action was incorporated
into Sun manufacturing on June 8, 1998 for 501-5040-02 via ECO# WO_13331, and
on July 17, 1998 for 501-4378-05 via ECO# WO_13572.
Corrective action was implemented in Enterprise Services Logistics in
September of 1998 via LEAP# 941 and LEAP# 966.
